Writing trouble

There was supposed to be a branch outing today.

Something cropped up in branch today. The outing was cancelled. I am now at home writing this. Somehow, I have trouble constructing cohesive statements, and am reduced to writing in simple sentences. I declare that I am not under the influence of any form of medicated drugs, have at least 7 hours of sleep, and have brainstormed for the past 30 minutes.

This is the 7th post I have written in the past 3 hours, and nothing I have typed seems to make sense to me.

Help! (I hope a power nap helps, because that is what I am going to do now!)

Update 1: Looks like the nap has caused the cloud to lift a little, but the world is still a bit hazy. This is getting a bit worrying because I am feeling a lot like what Steve Pavlina felt on the 2nd day of his polyphasic sleep experiment. In case you would like to learn more about polyphasic sleep, visit the mini series on his experiment. While you are there, you might want to read up about his thoughts on becoming an early riser.

Besides this, there is this man in Vietnam who hasn’t slept in decades!

Update 2: Till now, I have made 4 posts which I don’t feel comfortable posting - for some reason I feel that there is something wrong with the writing, you know, the kind that seems like you weren’t yourself when you first wrote it? Now I just have to wait for morning to come (and hopefully my wits too), and I’ll be just fine. (Hope this make sense, because I keep having this naggy feeling that it doesn’t.)
