I think that,(and i’m not trying to be stereotypical and all but) women who do occupy higher roles in the workplace also have to act more masculine, being more authoratative and strict, if not people will think they’re not doing their job well…

Gender has shaped our perception of ourself and the way we are being brought up. Thus, we will tend to abide by the norms and gender discrimination will still exist.
